Cloud Nine Upholstered Bed in Intelligent Velvet Aegean without Valance

At NiX, quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do. Our made-to-order upholstery is proudly crafted in the UK by our partner, who has been handmaking fine furniture for over 60 years. The "Cloud Nine" bed’s multi-ply wooden bed slats and Sustainably certified birch, beech and engineered hardwood frame are carefully joined and secured.

The "Cloud Nine" upholstered bed is available in two choices of Intelligent Velvet – Aegean or Juniper – and has the option of Kick Pleats, Gathered Pleats (Ticking Cotton or Intelligent Velvet), or no valance, and is in king and super king sizes.

This item is eligible for FREE kerbside delivery (to UK mainland). Our White Glove Delivery service is available as an optional upgrade at checkout.

When the piece is finished and ready to be dispatched, our delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery. Confirmation will be sent via email. Please advise the team in advance of any access issues, e.g. no parking.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 7.00am and 7.00pm in 4-hour delivery time slots.

International Orders​

For deliveries outside of the UK mainland, please reach out to our Customer Service team for a quote on +44(0)330 058 1551 or email us with your order request before placing your order. Please allow a few working days for us to process your request.

Returns

We’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of delivery as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use. 

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to make a return, we are able to take it back free of change if you notify the delivery team before they leave your address. If your order needs to be collected at a later date we will need to charge £150 to cover the cost of collection (for UK mainland delivery returns). 

Made to Order (MTO) pieces are made specifically to your exact requirements.  They can be returned to us, but we do charge a restocking fee that is 25% of the original price of the piece (for UK mainland delivery returns).

For upholstered pieces that have been made with your own fabric, we are sadly unable to offer a refund.

Our furniture is hand-finished, so subtle variations from one piece to the next may occur.

Assembly is required for this piece.

However, by choosing our White Glove Delivery service (+£150) at checkout, our delivery crew will assemble and install it for you in your room of choice, and will take away the packaging for recycling when they are done.

Print-out instructions are provided in the box. Spanners and Allen keys are also be provided.
