Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Fabric Orders are delivered to anywhere in the UK mainland FREE of charge and are handled by our partner, DX courier service. 

​DX delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and generally takes 3-5 working days to reach you, if the item is in stock.  A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been collected.

International Orders​

If you are located outside of the UK mainland and wish to purchase our products, we can ship internationally. Before placing your order reach out to our Customer Service team for a quote on +44(0)330 058 1551 or email us with your order request, and we will do the rest. International deliveries will be given extra packaging, and crated or palletised for protection when necessary. Please allow a few working days for us to process your request.

Returns

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, so if you change your mind, we’ll happily take back your fabric order within 28 days of when we delivered it, as long as it’s in its original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use (for UK mainland delivery returns).

Should you find a fault or damage to your fabric, please contact our customer support team who will be able to assist you.

Our fabrics are woven on traditional looms and the presence of knots, slubs, flaws and imperfections are a natural characteristic of woven textiles.

We celebrate the unique element of every single product we sell and the craftsmanship that goes into them. These imperfections are not considered defects, and we believe they can actually add to the fabric's natural character.
