The Tuck in comes in two distinctive shapes to provide flexibility to any layout preferences: the rectangular form or the Tuck In Oval version.

The rectangular form makes it a natural centrepiece for kitchen diners, open-plan spaces, or dedicated dining rooms, offering generous seating and easy adaptability for everything from solo breakfasts to celebratory feasts.

Generously sized yet never overwhelming it is a timeless piece crafted from solid oak and created with Nicola Harding’s signature blend of function and flair. It can be tucked against a wall with a NiX Front Row Dining Bench or drawn out to welcome chairs all around, adapting beautifully to your space and needs.

Handcrafted from the finest European Oak and individually made-to-order at our workshop in Portugal, The Tuck In Rectangular Dining Table is, at its heart, a table designed for living — for the beautiful blur of family dinners, morning coffee, working-from-home hours, and everything in between. What sets the Tuck In apart is its beautiful balance of sturdy construction and practical arrangement so that no one has the awkward spot where they are required to ‘straddle’ a leg. The solid hardwood legs are centred with wide feet which maximises legroom and allows chairs to pull in comfortably.

Choose your perfect oak finish

We provide two distinct oak finishes to cater to your individual preferences:

Natural Oak: For a timeless, warm ambience and added durability – especially ideal for bustling households – our Natural Oak finish is an excellent choice. The finish provides a subtle protection from the of stresses of everyday family life – from cab sav to crayons – whilst still showing the natural beauty that comes from solid oak timber grain.

Smoky Stained Oak: The smoky stained oak finish is a wood treatment that gives oak a rich, nuanced look by combining the natural grain of the timber with a soft, muted stain that resembles aged smoke. It’s achieved by applying a translucent taupe-toned stain to the oak, which penetrates the wood and enhances the grain while subtly darkening the surface. The finish allows the natural texture and grain of oak to remain visible and tactile but it will also help to hide the everyday marks and stains that are more obvious on an Natural Oak finish.

This item is eligible for FREE kerbside delivery (to UK mainland). Our White Glove Delivery service is available as an optional upgrade at checkout.

When the piece is finished and ready to be dispatched, our delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery. Confirmation will be sent via email. Please advise the team in advance of any access issues, e.g. no parking.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 7.00am and 7.00pm in 4-hour delivery time slots.

International Orders​

For deliveries outside of the UK mainland, please reach out to our Customer Service team for a quote on +44(0)330 058 1551 or email us with your order request before placing your order. Please allow a few working days for us to process your request.

Returns

We’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of delivery as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use. 

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to make a return, we are able to take it back free of change if you notify the delivery team before they leave your address. If your order needs to be collected at a later date we will need to charge £150 to cover the cost of collection (for UK mainland delivery returns). 

Made to Order (MTO) pieces are made specifically to your exact requirements.  They can be returned to us, but we do charge a restocking fee that is 25% of the original price of the piece (for UK mainland delivery returns).

For upholstered pieces that have been made with your own fabric, we are sadly unable to offer a refund.

Assembly is required for this piece.

However, by choosing our White Glove Delivery service (+£150) at checkout, our delivery crew will assemble and install it for you in your room of choice, and will take away the packaging for recycling when they are done.
